The Clapper Bridge (pictured above) lies on the very edge of the farm and forms part of the popular 'Abbots Way' walk, which historically joined Buckfast Abbey with Tavistock and Buckland Abbey. The local landscape also provided the backdrop for the Spielberg blockbuster 'War Horse'.

If you wish to venture further, a vast selection of beautiful beaches lie along the South Devon coastline. Within 15-25 miles, you will also find:
Little more than a half-hour drive away is the Cathedral city of Exeter - a haven for any shopaholic - and the ancient maritime port of Plymouth, each host to cinemas, bowling, ice-skating and many other family days out. Slightly further afield, you'll find Diggerland (roughly 40 miles away) and the Eden Project (approximately 50 miles).
